Technology
St Andrew's state of the art technology has been specially developed to service the banking and finance sectors. It allows us to streamline processes by offering immediate access to comprehensive customer information, facilitating prompt and efficient service.
Claims Service
St Andrew’s boasts systems and procedures that truly reflect our philosophy of total customer care and service.
Our claims officers are a consistent point of contact throughout the process and we endeavour to simplify the claims process for the claimant, relieving their burden during a difficult time.
One of the key services offered to our corporate partners is product, sales and compliance training. St Andrew’s provides each of our corporate partners with a dedicated, experienced Account Manager to oversee the relationship, who is responsible for all staff training, regular call cycle visits and management reviews.
St Andrew’s have developed an integrated training program designed to provide staff with a comprehensive level of product, sales and compliance knowledge ensuring they have the skills they need to confidently offer the general, consumer credit and life insurance product range.
Our training program is based around core introductory modules, with regular updates and refreshers. The benefit of this model is that it removes a significant training obligation on the corporate partner and increases the overall skillset of sales staff which can result in an increase in collateral sales.
The resulting sales process leaves the customer well informed about our insurance products, which increases their level of satisfaction at the time of purchase.
St Andrew's also provides specialist marketing support to our corporate partners, in the form of staff sales incentives, customer-facing point-of-sale campaigns, online initiatives, direct mail and ongoing communications.
Management Reporting
Supporting our sales service is a comprehensive management reporting function that is both timely and relevant, allowing corporate partners to continually track their sales and recognise the efforts of their individual employees.
Integrated reports are made available weekly, monthly, six monthly and annually to provide a complete reporting program, which can be customised to suit the individual requirements of the corporate partner.
